*Referral Incentive Terms and Conditions
1. The Referring
Entity must be an active equaTEK client and in "good standing" at the
time the referral is made.
2. The Referral
Entity must be:
• A business entity
• Unrelated in ownership
or management to the referring entity
• Inactive in the equaTEK
sales cycle (you will be notified if the Referral Entity is active in
our sales cycle
within 3 business days following your
submission)
To be eligible
for Credit, the Referral must:
• Engage equaTEK service(s) within
90 days of the referral date
By completing and
submitting this form, you (referring entity) authorize us and give us
permission, to identify you and your organization to the referral
entity.
Payment/issuance
of Credit:
For each Referral Entity that engages an equaTEK service, a
Credit Memo equal to the value of one (1) months hosting fee will be
credited to the Referring Entity's equaTEK account.
OR If three (3)
unique Referral Entities engage an equaTEK service within a consecutive
90 day period, credit memos totaling six (6) months of hosting fees will
be credited to the Referring Entity's equaTEK account.
Payment will be in
the form of a Credit Memo applied to the referring entity's equaTEK
account and may be applied to a future invoice(s).
No cash payment
will be made for any Referral Incentive Credit Memo.
Exclusions:
equaTEK Affiliates
are not eligible to participate with this program.
