Plan Features

Our Basic Web Site Maintenance Service Plan provides you with 4 hours of service time to be used when you need it.  Tracked in 15 minute increments, we monitor your plan balance and automatically send you a renewal invoice when your remaining balance reaches one hour or less.  If you prefer to avoid invoice processing, we’re happy to accommodate payment by your major credit card.

Our Web Technicians are available to respond to your inquiry during regular business hours.  If your inquiry is of a comprehensive nature, we will schedule a time that allows us to best address your inquiry in detail.

Plan Costs

Web Site Maintenance Service Plan:                     $200.00 – includes a 4 hour service time

This represents an 18% savings off our standard service rate of $60.00 an hour - which is billed in whole hour increments!
